This division covers the processes involved in preparing and spinning textile fibers, as well as weaving and finishing textiles and clothing. It also includes the production of various made-up textile articles, excluding apparel.

- Preparation and spinning of textile fibers
- Weaving and finishing of textiles and wearing apparel
- Manufacture of made-up textile articles, except apparel (e.g. household linen, blankets, rugs, cordage)
