This group covers the construction of complete residential and non-residential buildings, whether for sale or on a contract basis, and allows for outsourcing parts of the construction process.

Includes

  • Construction of all types of residential buildings, including single-family houses and multi-family buildings
  • Construction of all types of non-residential buildings, such as factories, hospitals, schools, office buildings, hotels, stores, and warehouses
  • Assembly and erection of prefabricated construction on the site
  • Remodeling or renovating existing residential structures

Excludes

  • Erection of complete prefabricated constructions from self-manufactured parts not of concrete
  • Construction of industrial facilities, except buildings 4290
  • Architectural and engineering activities 7110
  • Project management activities related to construction 7110
