This group covers activities related to the buying, selling, renting, and operating of real estate that is either owned or leased. It includes various types of properties such as residential buildings, non-residential buildings, and land.

- Buying, selling, renting, and operating self-owned or leased real estate such as apartment buildings and dwellings
- Non-residential buildings, including exhibition halls, self-storage facilities, malls, and shopping centers
