This sub-class covers activities of households that employ domestic personnel, such as maids, cooks, and gardeners. The services provided by these employees are consumed by the household that employs them.
Includes
- Activities of households as employers of domestic personnel such as maids, cooks, waiters, valets, butlers, laundresses, gardeners, gatekeepers, stable-lads, chauffeurs, caretakers, governesses, babysitters, tutors, and secretaries.
Excludes
- Provision of services such as cooking, gardening, etc. by independent service providers (companies or individuals)

This activity is not on the 12th Foreign Investment Negative List. A foreign investor may hold up to 100%, subject to the minimum-capital rules below.
